Polish your Aluminium Truck Rims with Style
Sparkling shiny new aluminum truck rims are the first thing anyone is going to notice on your truck.
Whether driving down the highway reflecting the rays of the sun or momentarily stopped at a red light, shiny custom truck rims can have that pressing look and air that the owner desires it to have.
The following list of general advices may help you keep your factory truck rims always clean, polished and ready for the roll.
1. Pull the rims off of the truck.
2. If you truly want to have cleaned and polished truck or suv truck rims, take the time to do it correctly.
3. Be sure to remove the valve stem covers and center caps. This way you ensure the access to all areas of the rim.
4. Carefully wash the factory truck rims.
5. Before you can polish your truck or suv truck rims, you have to make sure that the rims are clean and free of dirt, brake dust and road debris. You should take care not to scratch the aluminum truck rims while polishing it by scrubbing hard to it while the hard dirt particles still on it.
6. Thoroughly dry the rims with the micro-fiber cloth.
7. Use a grease and wax remover to remove the hard to clean grease that has remained after the normal washing. Using a soft cloth, apply the grease and wax remover to the stubborn grease, tar and dirty areas.
8. Before making any action with the grease remover, be sure to read the manufacturer's instruction first.
9. Wash the truck wheels rims again. Now that all of the grease, tar and hard to remove dirt is removed, re-wash and thoroughly dry you truck wheels rims.
