I came across the site above just yesterday, which does look interesting. Apparently, you can convert your car to run on water even if you have very little technical knowledge, and you can do it for under $200.

To be honest, I think it would be a lot easier to convert your car if you have at least some technical knowledge. A guide like Water Car Pro will make everything a lot easier for you.
